Women's Formalwear Fitting

What to expect

A conversation about your needs, timeline, and budget in order to get your formalwear combination fitting you perfectly! Open to all dresses and garments for any important event (prom, homecoming, graduations, galas, etc) This appointment is where we will discuss and pin alteration needs for a perfect fit. If desired, we can also discuss customization needs as well. There are a few things to keep in mind when attending these appointments - - I recommend booking alterations roughly 2 months before the event to leave ample time for multiple appointments. - Bring your dress or garments to the appointment on hangers and in a garment bag! I must see you wearing the garment to pin the necessary alterations. - Please also remember to bring your shoes to the appointment! - You will also need to bring all undergarments you plan on wearing on the day as well. This includes bras, shapewear, slips, crinolines, etc. - I allot 45 minutes for these appointments. Depending on the amount of work needed, we may require at least two fitting appointments, as it may be best to pin the hem once all other alterations are complete. I do this to ensure my measurements are accurate. If you’re requesting extra customizations, this may require multiple fittings. This is all normal and can be discussed more with your unique needs in mind. There is no fee required for booking!
